What areas do you cover?

Our network of mobile notaries spans all 50 states.

We have a last-minute closing. How much notice do you need?

We do not require a certain amount of time. Our extensive database of notaries allows us to find someone who will be available, even last-minute.

Are your notaries vetted?

Yes! We require all of our notaries to have a current background check on file. In addition, we require access to all current credentials and certifications. 

Are you insured?

All of our notaries are required to carry a minimum of $100,00 E&O insurance individually. In addition, we carry an E&O insurance policy of $3,000,000. 

Do you provide in-person or remote online notaries?

Our network of notaries consists of both. Our mobile notaries can close in the title/realtor's office, in the client's home, or coffee shop. Our remote online notaries can close online with your clients feeling safe and comfortable in their own home. 

What are your fees?

Can you go over steps 1-4 in more detail?

Absolutely!

Step 1: Use the "New Client Registration" button in the upper right corner of the page. Provide your company information; including names and email addresses of each person within your company that will be submitting/accessing orders. Each person will receive an email with login information to our secure platform.

Step 2: Log into our secure platform and upload the closing details. Borrow's information, closing time/location, and upload the document package.

Step 3: We will find and assign a notary in proximity of your borrower. We will monitor the notary's progress throughout the process and update you on the status.

Step 4: Once the signing is complete the documents will be quality checked before the notary leaves the table to ensure accuracy. You will be notified once the completed documents have been uploaded to your portal.
